Since the Korea Liberation 70th anniversary was coming up, Seoul City wanted to have special celebration for its citizens.
They planned to have the most interesting, impressive and memorable event of Korea 70th Liberation day.
The final result came to conclude that Seoul City decided to express the Korean Flag on the citizens with FanLight LED wristbands.
